How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are printed and ship out within 2-5 production days after art approval. Ground shipping times will vary based on your location. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and we will provide a more exact turnaround time.

Can I place a rush order?

Depending on the product(s) you are ordering and our press schedule, a rush option may be available. Please contact us for further information.

Do you print on vinyl? Are your stickers weatherproof?

Yes. All of our stickers are printed on weatherproof vinyl (unless otherwise requested). Plus, we include a fade resistant ultra-violet coating at no extra charge.

What happens to my order after I place it?

  1. You will receive an order confirmation.
  2. We create a preview of your design and e-mail it to you for approval.
  3. We wait for your approval of the preview. (If any changes need to be made, let us know.)
  4. After you approve the preview, we print and ship your stickers!

What payment methods do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or check. If you are a large institution, such as a school or government agency, you may use a purchase order.

Is there sales tax?

If you reside in New York State your order will be subject to 8.75% sales tax.

Do the stickers come on a roll?

Unless otherwise requested, our stickers are pre-cut (also known as ‘singled’). They are ‘ready to go’ for handing out, applying to products, etc. However, if you would prefer your stickers to come on a roll, please be sure to mention it. There is no additional charge for requesting your stickers on a roll.

Can you do Pantone matches?

I don’t see the item I’m looking for.

If you are looking for something not shown on our website, please contact us and describe what you are looking for. We will be happy to answer any questions you have.


ARTWORK

What if I don’t have Artwork?

Some of our customers don’t. Give us a call to discuss what you’re looking for. Depending on the complexity of the design, there may be an additional graphic design fee, however many designs can be created by our artwork department free of charge.

What if I have Artwork to send you?

You may e-mail the artwork directly to the customer service representative you speak with. (Don’t worry if it’s only a work-in-progress. It will be helpful to our graphic design department, and they will create a finished version for you to preview.)

What types of artwork do you accept?

We accept almost any file format, including .pdf, .eps, .psd, .tif, and .jpg images. Vector artwork or a high resolution file (150 dpi or higher) is great if you have it, but it’s not necessary. (If you’re not sure if your artwork is usable, go ahead and include it anyways. We will discuss your artwork when we contact you after receiving your order.)
